This is a solid plan. It would be helpful in guiding me in writing mine. I have wasted a lot of time in the past setting goals with planning them. This would surely workout for me!
Solid framework here. The quarterlyreview approach is where most people mess up, they set annual goals and ghost them until Decemebr. If the author hadn't caught that LinkedIn follower number mid-year, she might have burnt out chasing 10k. Adjusting from 3 ebooks to 1 every 6 months is just smart bandwidth management, and prob a reason the work quality stayed high.
Yes actually. And sometimes we set goals thinking we would have so much bandwidth for that, then during the year, work changes and we abandon it instead of reviewing the goals to suit the new work style.
